I have loved fixing zabaglione for years but lost my copper pan and could not get the same result without it. This pan is a replacement for my old pan is even better. It is durable has enough thickness to distribute the heat from some boiling water in a two quart sauce pan beneath it and is just the right size for 2-4 servings without overflowing. I love the Sicilian Zabaglione Recipe (Google it) for a three minute prep that has never failed to wow guests.
